Two interesting problems

Hi ! Did you go to EGC this summer ? It took place in Bordeaux, France. I went there and Hwang In-Seong, Semi Lee and some pro players provided an introduction to WBaduk which was really interesting. Some people had the chance to play with Juyeon Ko 8p or Kim Sungrae 8p. Afterwards, some people who registered first were invited on the "scene" to solve some tsumego and if they got 5 correct answers within one minute, they would get a prize. Those who went there probably remember that mouse pads were handed out at the entrance of the room. On these mouse pads, which represented an iPad logged on WBaduk, there were two tsumego : Since they were a bit complicated (one was 7D and the other one was 2D), the korean activity leaders would give a fan to the two players who would solve one of these problems. I managed to solve the top right one, which was 2D (and yay ! I got my fan) but no one managed to solve the other one. Don't hesitate to send me your answer by e-mail or to leave a comment ! I will regularly post different kinds of problems. Don't hesitate to try them ! Each month, the player who will be the first to solve the biggest number of problems will get a free teaching game from me :) Good luck !

Contact me

Hi ! If you're interested in sponsoring me, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss about what I could give you in exchange for your support. I've been thinking about some T-shirt I would wear during every Go event I'd participate in to make you publicity. You'd maybe want to talk to me about Go itself, or teachings too. In any case, don't hesitate to send me an e-mail.

France 2011 Open games

Hey guys, here are the games of the France 2011 Open Championship that I wanted to share with you !
This championship was won by Dai Junfu (ericdai [9d] on KGS) followed by the 2nd (Thomas Debarre, who's rubik on KGS) and the 3rd (Tanguy Le Calvé who's Welvang on KGS). They played amazing games and I hope you'll take pleasure in watching these games.

Hi

Hi, my name is Benjamin ! I'm a 16-year-old go player from France, who have been playing Go for about 3 years now :) I'm currently looking for sponsors to go to Korea in order to study this game with the purpose of becoming a professionnal go player, like my friend Issa. If you don't know what Baduk (= go or weiqi) is, I suggest you follow this tutorial. Don't hesitate to leave me a message if you have any question or if you'd be interested to sponsor me. Also, don't hesitate to spread this blog and the game itself :) ~ Finally, here's a great manga about Go ! I discovered this game thanks to this manga and I'd like to share this exceptional success. Please leave feedback :)
